PUBLIC SAFETY

• Security and safety of patrons and staff are of utmost importance
• In the event of an emergency information may be relayed over the audio system
• If you, or a member of your group, require medical assistance please alert a staff member
• If you see something, say something. Flag down any staff member or Public Safety official if you notice something that doesn’t seem quite right

• NO Outside Food or Beverage 
• NO Coolers
• NO Drugs or Drug Paraphernalia
• NO Flammables
• NO Weapons 

These actions can get you removed from the event:

• Irresponsible or unsafe use of alcohol
• Bringing in outside food or beverage
• Taunting, abusive, or offensive language or gestures
• Possession/use/sale of drugs
• Possession/use of a weapon
• Fighting or engage in any action that may harm, endanger, threaten or bring harm or discomfort to anyone
• Damage, destruction, vandalism or theft of any property

Any individual who violates the Code of Conduct may be immediately removed from the event. Law enforcement may be notified.

There is an elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place or place where people are present and there is no guarantee, express or implied, that those attending the event will not be exposed to COVID-19.  All attendees should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend the event or if you want to take COVID-19 precautions at the event, including wearing a mask, based on your own level of risk. By entering the event, attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and confirm that they will adhere to local VT mandates and CDC requirements.
